Bob McGinley
FOUNDER
Bob McGinley has a rich history working in areas of technology, sales, and leadership. We spent 26 years at IBM doing mainframe programming, application and infrastructure architecture, product development, technical sales, and finally in global sales leadership for IBM Cloud.
Bob then joined SoftwareOne where he spent almost 3 years helping to launch the new Application and Cloud Services portfolio. In this role Bob closed some of SoftwareOne’s largest services deals in their history, in addition to leading the North America Services Sales team, which consisted of 26 sellers.

Casey Hall
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
As Chief Revenue Officer and Partner, Casey brings a growth mindset to the organization—focused on building customer trust, mentoring teams, and aligning innovative technology solutions with meaningful business outcomes. With a strong foundation in both technical strategy and revenue leadership, he’s known for simplifying complexity, driving scalable results, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. His leadership style blends transparency, collaboration, and a service-first mindset.
Outside of work, Casey is a dedicated community volunteer and youth coach who believes leadership starts at home. Whether organizing school events, mentoring students, or getting muddy on the soccer field, he brings the same energy and focus he does to business. On weekends, you’ll find him outdoors—hiking, biking, skiing, or enjoying BBQ with family and friends.

Vita Stramaglia
CONSULTING AND ALLIANCE PARTNER
Vita Stramaglia is a highly skilled and results-driven leader with extensive experience in channel sales, strategic planning, alliance relationships, and account management. She has held leadership positions at top organizations, including KPMG and IBM growing accounts like Google and Paypal 124% YOY. Vita also served as Senior Global Account Director for Wipro and Bearing Point accounts at Oracle, overseeing high-performing teams to secure new selling opportunities across all Oracle geographies and product lines. Through her leadership Vita’s accounts were ranked in Oracle top 5 global managed partner accounts.
In her recent role as Vice President of Partners & Ecosystem at DOMO, Vita spearheaded the development and management of strategic SaaS partnerships with technology, reseller, and GSI partners to drive consistent business growth and goal achievement. She transformed and revamped partnerships, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Square and Apple.
